How do I control them stuff that comes out of my pores

I’m having constant diarrhea for awhile and can seem to control it. Immodium isn’t helping. Is it possible I may have an infection? I’m 92

I had my first round of vomitong yesterday, Don’t know if infection or related to lidney. Diarrhea also. Vomit scant, diarrhea plentiful.
